Clik Valve

I read about Clik Valves about a year ago, but wanted to wait and see if it was a gimmick. I kept seeing good reviews and thought I would give it a try, especially at this price. They install easily and work great. So much better than presta (or schrader). Pump heads lock quickly and firmly for inflation and then remove easily when done. Great innovation!

Dave Rome at Escape Collective championed the Clik system which was enough for me to investigate. Ordered the Starter Kit, no going back now. Three bikes all using the system. Genius, so simple and works every time. Say goodbye to Presta.

I air my tires every ride. No, it's not that difficult to open them close a presta valve, but being able to "Clik" on and "Clik" off, is a game changer for me. Simple is beautiful. It's also nice to check pressure without having to open and close the valve and the gage read instantly once connected. Presta was great, but it's time to move on.

Upgraded all my wheel sets to the Clik valves. Solves the headache of press fit pump checks and screw on chucks. Clik valves are faster, easier, and the tires fill faster. A small investment to solve the hassles of old style

The pressure gauge is so easy to use with the Clik valves and so cleanly integrated with valves and pump head i feel at ease with all tire pressure issues. A full clean integrated system.

I'm an accidental convert to Clik valves. Neither my frame pump nor my Lezyne floor pump was able to adequately grip the unthreaded stems of the presta valves on my latex tubes. In doing an Internet search for a presta valve pump head that wouldn't blow off a smooth valve shank at 70 p.s.i., I soon noticed all the buzz around Clik valves. It seemed like an ideal solution: since the pump adapter only engages with the replaced valve core, the security of that connection has nothing to do with whether the valve stem is threaded or not. Bingo!
I considered getting a replacement pump head, but this adapter seemed the most versatile option. It screws right into the
Shraeder side of my flip adapter and allows me to continue using my pressure bleeder. When I'm done with a ride, I plug my floor pump back onto the valves and depressurize them to 20 p.s.i. in about 3 seconds, reading the target resting pressure right off the pump dial (latex tubes last much longer if you depressurize them between rides). If I need a legacy presta valve connection, it's as simple as unscrewing the Clik adapter and flipping the Lezyne adapter to the presta side. I highly recommend this system to anyone who rides with latex tubes. It greatly simplifies the daily routine

All in for Clik Valves. Switched all my bikes and family bikes to Clik Valve. So easy and quick - my 9 year old now airs up her own bike before rides now! Best bike tech innovation since Di2!

I really wasn't sure this was a necessary upgrade, but I decided to try out the Clik valves and adaptors anyway. So far, I like this system. I have bent Presta cores in the past, but I can't say it was a major problem for me. I did frequently have problems with Presta valves clogging up with sealant, and I am hoping this is not a problem with the Clik valves. The air flow does appear to be better using both the pump head adaptor and the right-angled pump head, and the connect and disconnect are quick and easy.

A cyclist's worst nightmare is filling a tire that's clogged with sealant. With this type of sealant, the air flows much faster, and what might take you several minutes will be done in seconds.

Bye Presta, nice knowing you. Clik is so much nicer. Love the positive engagement. Remember American cars in the 89s, where the switches had all that sloppy play, and the German cars had those sturdy, ultra-solid clicks? Well, Clik is like that compared to Presta.

Went all in on the Click Valve system with all of my bikes and the system is truly a game changer. The official aluminum adapter works great with all of my electric pumps and being able to pump up my MTBs without messing with the old Presta valves is just priceless.

I bought one set of clik cores to try it out. What I found out was that this solution has made managing tire pressure extremely easy. No more broken presta valves when trying to pump up tires. I've completed all eight wheelsets with these valves!

The new Clik Gen-2 Premium Threaded Dust Caps are by far the best caps for the Clik valve. Threaded is the way to go, and the integrated deflation tip is a must for off-road riding.
