  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged through improper handling are not eligible for return unless the item is defective.

To initiate a return, email us at clik@clikvalve.com with your order number and reason for return.

How to track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How long does shipping take

Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We process and pack orders quickly to get you riding as soon as possible, but we will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet shipped.

  • If your order has NOT shipped:

Please contact our support team immediately with your Order Number and the details of what you need to change (such as address updates, item swaps, or cancellation). We will do everything we can to update it before it leaves our warehouse.

  • If your order HAS already shipped:

Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify or cancel it. However, once you receive your package, you can set up a return or exchange through our standard return process.

What should I do if my package says delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Don't worry, we will help you get it sorted out! Occasionally, shipping carriers mark a package as "Delivered" slightly before it actually arrives, or they might leave it in an unexpected spot.

Before reaching out, try these two quick steps:

  1. Check around your delivery area: Check your mailbox, side doors, porch, or with neighbors/building management, as small packages are often tucked away.

  2. Wait a few hours: Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered while still on their route.

Still can’t find it?

Reach out to us directly at clik@clikvalve.com with your Order Number, and we will work with you to figure it out and make sure you get your order!

Do the presta valve stem replacements work with tubeless tires?

Yes! You can upgrade to the Clik Valve system on tubeless tires in two ways:

  • Option 1: Complete Tubeless Valve Stem Replacement

You can completely replace your old tubeless Presta stems with a Clik Valve Tubeless Valve Set. They are designed to fit any standard tubeless rim drilled for Presta valves and come with multiple rubber boots (conical and square) to ensure an airtight seal on different rim profiles.

  • Option 2: Valve Core-Only Replacement

If you already have tubeless Presta valve stems installed and they feature removable valve cores, you do not even need to remove the stem from the rim. Simply unscrew your existing Presta valve core and thread a Clik Valve Core (for Presta stems) directly into your current tubeless stem.

Will the Clik Valve fit my wheels?

Our valves are compatible with most modern tubeless and tubed mountain, road, and gravel bike rims. The key things to check are:

  • Valve Hole: Our valve is designed to fit a standard Presta-drilled valve hole.

  • Rim Depth: We offer different lengths (e.g., 40mm, 60mm, 80mm) to accommodate various rim depths. Make sure to choose a length that provides enough clearance for your pump head.

Can I put the pump adapter on a co2 cartridge?

Yes, C02 inflation works fantastic with Clik.

Is it necessary to use dust cap covers

Dust caps aren’t strictly necessary for road riding since the environment is generally cleaner, but they are much more important for mountain and gravel use where valves are exposed to dirt, dust, and other particulates. In all cases, using dust caps is recommended because they help protect against humidity and oxidation, which can ultimately extend the life of your valve.

Why is there sometimes a visible gap between the Clik Valve core and the top of the valve stem?

Clik Valve cores use the same crush seal and sealing geometry as traditional Presta cores, but the visual fit can look very different. With a standard Presta core, the only visible part is a narrow-threaded shaft with a captive nut. Even if there are 1 mm variations in how deeply the presta cores seat from one stem to another, it’s almost impossible for the eye to perceive.

In contrast, the Clik Valve core has a smooth cylindrical body which meets the top of the cylindrical stem with a clean, straight-edged surface. This creates a more obvious visual junction, so any variation in how deeply the core seats becomes noticeable. Slight variations exist in the internal thread start and end amongst all the manufacturers which can cause the core to bottom out slightly early and  leaving a visible gap, usually no more than about 1mm.

This gap should have no effect on  sealing. The core seals when the PTFE ring begins to deform against the internal taper. If you remove the core, you can often see a faint witness mark where sealing began. As long as the valve holds air, a gap is entirely acceptable.

Will the Clik Valve work with my existing tubeless tire sealant?

Yes! Clik Valves are fully compatible with all standard tubeless tire sealants on the market (such as Stan's, Orange Seal, Muc-Off, Silca, etc.).

Because the system uses the Clik Hi-Flow core, it is highly resistant to clogging. When it is time to set up your tire or top off your fluids, you can easily remove the Clik valve core and inject your favorite sealant directly through the aluminum stem, just as you would with a traditional tubeless valve.
