We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please read the policy below carefully to understand the conditions and process for returning items purchased through clikvalve.com.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Opened items that are not defective may also be returned within 30 days; however, these are subject to a 20% repacking fee and the cost of return shipping. Items damaged through improper handling are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance. To initiate a return, email us at clik@clikvalve.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Restocking & Repacking Fees, Shipping Charges

Unopened, eligible items: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless your item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

Opened items (not defective): A 20% repacking fee will be deducted, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Return shipping is covered only if the item is defective or if there was a fulfillment error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately at clik@clikvalve.com. Please include photos or a video if possible. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, and return shipping will be covered.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the refund still hasn’t posted, contact us at clik@clikvalve.com and we’ll assist you further.
