I love the way they work, just Clik on and off, Lots of air being pumped in. Also purchased the Clik Dust Caps in the color Orange
Easy switch over on Schwalbe Aerothan
Bye Presta, nice knowing you. Clik is so much nicer. Love the positive engagement. Remember American cars in the 89s, where the switches had all that sloppy play, and the German cars had those sturdy, ultra-solid clicks? Well, Clik is like that compared to Presta.
works great. can be stucked with sealant but can be cleaned easier than presta core
Click is the obvious winner when it comes air valves. Switched my quiver and two pumps over…. Not looking back!
Went all in on the Click Valve system with all of my bikes and the system is truly a game changer. The official aluminum adapter works great with all of my electric pumps and being able to pump up my MTBs without messing with the old Presta valves is just priceless.
I bought one set of clik cores to try it out. What I found out was that this solution has made managing tire pressure extremely easy. No more broken presta valves when trying to pump up tires. I've completed all eight wheelsets with these valves!
AS expected, it gives accurate reading with the right fit to the clik valves
Turns a 1 min pre ride job into a 10 second job.
The new Clik Gen-2 Premium Threaded Dust Caps are by far the best caps for the Clik valve. Threaded is the way to go, and the integrated deflation tip is a must for off-road riding.
I will forever and always use CLIK valves and pump heads for all bike tires now and in the future. The CLIK is better than any presta valve.
Great to own such a quality instrument. Beautifully made, mostly (heavy) metal. Easy to slip over the valve, seals perfectly, dial stays at pressure when removed from the valve so it’s easy to read, reset with a tap on the bleed valve. So much better than Presta in design and execution, just like every other part of the Clik system.
Super great product works great Ill always buy again when needed
I’m a convert.
Not that the plastic ones I bought earlier failer or anything, but these just feel more robust. And they are a bit smaller too.
Bought a couple Cliq valves to test out. I loved them so much I bought sets for all my bikes and a specific pump for them as well as dust caps.
Best invention in cycling in a long time. I am never going back to presta
All in all a great product. But, two issues were encountered: removing a core the white teflon? seal got caught in the threads of the stem effectively jamming the core in the stem. Required me to use pliers to remove it, pick the seal out of the stem and reinstall it mangling the seal. The other sadness is the lovely premium dust caps don’t fit on Mavic tubeless valve stems with Clik cores installed :-(
I replaced all my bikes with these valves and these caps. I love that I can keep my gloves on, remove the cap, pump the tire, "air down" again with the cap, and do it all without taking my gloves off twist that stupid Presta nut open and shut when it gets frozen with sealant. This system is such an upgrade. Best thing since the dropper post
Very high quality and a great price for alloy caps.
Like many others, I’ve been less than thrilled with presta valves for a long time but they are so ubiquitous, you just make do with them despite their flaws. I recently read a compelling review on Bike Rumor covering Clik Valve and decided to take the leap. I bought a starter kit, multiple additional cores, and an aluminum pump head. The cores were very easy to swap out and install. My first impression with the adapter was that it felt secure clicking on, the pump gauge gave me instant status, and inflated faster. The release allowed a few psi to escape but I chalked that up to the legacy pump head. Then, I converted my floor pump with the aluminum pump head. Wow! Even better results. The click on was solid, even better inflation, and the release was better with perhaps 1 psi loss. This is my only critical point. I was hoping for essentially zero loss on release but I can live it. Overall, an amazing product for a great value, and awesome alternative to presta. I’m never going back!
