Valves fitted as expected.
Pump head works well.
Far quicker soution that twisting presta valves.
I was really glad to see that there was real innovation happening. I never really hated presta valves, but I certainly didn’t love them either. I’ve have now switched both bikes over to Clik valves and ultimately ended up buying a CYCPLUS AS2 Ultra instead of a hand pump. While it was never that big a deal to use the 3 inch hose that came with AS2 this adapter sure makes it easier to use and is more efficient to carry.
Excellent product towards the end of
I‘ve been looking for a while for something like this, and no local shop had these.
Swapped out my Presta valves on ALL my bikes in favor of Clik valves. No loosening or tightening needed to inflate. Instant accurate inflation reading before you start pumping! Cuts inflating time in half! I’ll never go back…
Only source that I've able to find that sells a metal version of the these. The plastic ones feel like the round off too quickly.
Bought the Pro Set and have almost converted all my bikes to CLIK valves. WOW what a difference so much easier to inflate and maintain. You do need to commit at some level buying just the valves is only half the solution, you need to pump adapter. This simplifies those last minute pressure adjustments or top-offs, and you can do them one handed. The 'Click' is that positive acknowledgement that the hose head and valve are connected. NO MORE broken valves trying to put on the floor pump. Deflating is a breeze, push the pin in and air comes out, no more leaking valves because you forgot to twist them closed!
Now the only negative...the larger nice threaded caps, only fit valves inserted into tubes. The tubeless valves are to deep and the threaded section doesn't reach past the caps wrench tabs...the can't be tightened on and they are not positive CLIK captive. There are other caps in the store, GET THE SHORT CAPS!!!.
I was skeptical if this was going to be that great and now I am a fan. I honestly couldn’t see how the adaptor would work on my pump and it works perfectly. It also works with the CO2 pump I carry in my pack as well. I got a couple of pairs of the anodized purple and orange stems and they look great and work flawlessly. It even works well on one of my offset rims. The most impressive thing is when I went to air the tire up after breaking the bead to install the new stems. I didn’t even have to use my special air pump specific for tubeless setups. I just pumped pretty fast and it popped right back into place. Amazing! A
Clik valves sit flush with the top of the stem (the stock stems left a gap). Replaceable rubber bases helped dial in better sealing to the rim bed. New valve caps are VERY nice
Previous: Unscrew dust cap, loosen presta valve, screw-on/snap on pump chuck, pump and follow reading on pump gauge, remove pump chuck, screw on digital pressure gauge to fine-tune pressure, screw off digital pressure gauge, tighten presta valve, screw on dust cap.
Now: Remove dust cap, click on Clik chuck, pump, snap-off Clik chuck, click on digital pressure gauge to fine-tune pressure, snap-off digital pressure gauge, snap on dust cap.
7 steps now vs 9, and each step is faster without the loosening/tightening steps.
Bonus: Faster to remove vs presta valves for tubeless sealant topups.
Gave a starter pack a try and initial impressions are excellent. Makes for no fuss pressure checks and air top offs. Installing Clik valves on the rest of the family’s bikes. Good stuff!
It it honestly the best way to inflate your tires. It seems like a small thing, but given how many times you pump up your tires, a small convenience goes a long way.
Letting air out was (prior to these caps) always the 'achilles heel' of Clik, and these make it easy, while being just as quick and easy to 'clik' on and off the valves, which is preferable to screwing and unscrewing!
Only had them on for a few weeks now but man does it make it easy to put air in your tires. Just snap it on and pull it off, so simple and works perfect! Thanks Seth!
Bought the kit to replace the valves in all the bikes in our stable. So far, these are awesome. Makes airing up Presta valves so easy and don’t have to deal with loosening or unscrewing anything. Fast and efficient. Next would be to replace the heads on my pumps.
The Clik system was very easy to install and made inflating tires extremely fast. I upgraded my mini pump and my Park Tool inflator to complete the Clik system for my bikes. You can definitely notice the higher air flow when inflating your tires. This is a relatively inexpensive upgrade that you will appreciate for your entire cycling career.
I wish the pumps were Clik valve compatible right out of the box, but this adapter makes them work perfectly. Note that if you have a really old Cycplus AS2 non-Pro (before Sept 2024), it might have a different thread pitch. But anything bought since then will connect fine. I've got 3 Cycplus pumps that worked and a really old one that didn't.
Way better than presta. Should’ve upgraded a long time ago
Bought as a spare. Light and small. Easy to carry. Price is right. Have not had to use yet.
No notes, perfect
The Clik Valve system is one of those upgrades that feels small until you use it — then you wonder why every bike doesn’t come with it. Installation is genuinely simple: the conversion kits and tubeless valve sets drop right in with no fuss, and the tolerances are spot‑on. Even the CNC‑machined versions fit cleanly and securely.
Functionality is where the Clik Valve stands out. The one‑handed “click‑on, click‑off” mechanism makes inflation effortless, especially compared to traditional Presta valves. No more fiddling with locknuts or worrying about bending valve cores. It seals quickly, pumps fast, and just works every time.
