Clik Pocket Digital Gauge Preorder Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Overview and acceptance
   By placing a qualifying preorder you accept these Promotion Terms. These Promotion Terms supplement the Clik Refund Policy and the Clik Terms of Sale. If there is any conflict, these Promotion Terms govern for this promotion.

2. Promotion and eligibility
   The promotion applies to qualifying preorders of the Clik Pocket Digital Gauge placed on or before July 31, 2025. Each qualifying order includes at no additional cost two sets of Clik Valve Cores and one set of Clik Dust Caps. Limit one promotional bundle per gauge ordered.

3. Nature of promotional items
   The promotional items have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may not be substituted except as provided below. Clik may substitute a comparable color or style if a requested color is unavailable.

4. Color selection
   Customers will receive a separate email to select colors for the promotional items. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, Clik may select neutral colors to avoid shipping delays.

5. Preorder payments
   Many preorders were charged a fifty percent deposit toward the gauge price and fifty percent of the shipping cost. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment. Clik will email an invoice with a secure payment link when the order is ready to ship.

6. Shipment timeline
   Estimated shipment timing is shown on the product page and in preorder communications. Dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Clik is not liable for delay caused by carriers, customs, or events outside its control.

7. Returns and exchanges
   Returns are accepted only within the time frame and conditions set forth in the Clik Refund Policy. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories, unless the return is due to a verified defect under warranty.

8. Requirement to return promotional items with a gauge return
   If you return the gauge for a refund, you must also return the promotional items in new and unused condition with original packaging. If the promotional items are not returned, or are returned used or not resalable, Clik will deduct their then current retail value from the refund. The retail value used will be the price shown on clikvalve.com at the time the return is processed.

9. Partial returns
   If you return only the promotional items, no credit or refund will be issued. If you return the gauge but keep any promotional item, the deduction described in Section 8 will apply. If you exchange the gauge for the same model, you may keep the promotional items and no deduction will apply.

10. Condition assessment
    Clik will reasonably determine whether returned items are new and resalable. Evidence of installation, tool marks, wear, missing parts, or damaged packaging may result in a deduction up to the full retail value of the affected item.

11. Refund calculation
    Unless otherwise required by law, your refund for a gauge return will equal
    Amount paid for the gauge plus applicable taxes
    minus any nonrefundable outbound shipping stated in the Refund Policy
    minus the retail value of any promotional item not returned in new condition
    minus any restocking fee if and only if permitted by the Refund Policy.
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a verified defect under warranty.

12. Defects and warranty
    This promotion does not limit your rights under any applicable warranty. If Clik confirms a defect under warranty, Clik will repair, replace, or refund as provided in the warranty terms. In a warranty refund scenario, Section 8 does not apply and you will not be charged for the promotional items.

13. Fraud and abuse
    Clik may reject, revoke, or limit the promotion or refuse a return if it determines the offer is being misused. Attempts to obtain promotional items without keeping a qualifying gauge purchase may be treated as abuse of the promotion.

14. Tax
    Any taxes associated with the purchase or return will be calculated and handled in accordance with applicable law.

15. Changes and termination
    Clik may modify or terminate the promotion prospectively at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed on or before July 31, 2025.

16. Governing law
    These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction will still apply.
