Heat-safe TPU tubes for aggressive enduro and downhill riding

AeroBlue MTB / Enduro / Downhill TPU tubes combine purpose-built TPU construction with the award-winning Clik Valve to deliver exceptional pinch-flat resistance, pressure stability under impacts, and reliable air retention in aggressive riding conditions. Designed for hard hits, low pressures, and repeated compressions, AeroBlue addresses the most common tube failures seen in enduro and downhill riding.

The Clik system creates a secure, high-flow connection with virtually no air loss on disconnect, helping riders maintain consistent pressure run after run, even after hard impacts that typically stress traditional valve systems.

Built to resist pinch flats and pressure loss

Enduro and downhill riding place extreme loads on inner tubes. Square-edge impacts, rim strikes, and compressions at speed are the primary causes of tube failure.

AeroBlue MTB / Enduro / Downhill TPU tubes use a durable 0.25 mm TPU construction selected to resist being crushed between tire and rim while maintaining stable pressure after hard hits. TPU’s resistance to tear propagation further helps prevent small damage from becoming ride-ending failures.

The reinforced valve-to-tube bond ensures impacts do not translate into slow leaks or valve fatigue over time.

Designed for hot e-pumps and sustained inflation

High-output electric pumps generate heat quickly during inflation and repeated pressure adjustments. With many TPU tubes, especially those using plastic valve stems or glued-in cores, this heat can lead to core delamination, stem deformation, or leaks.

AeroBlue MTB / Enduro / Downhill TPU tubes are heat tested to 130°C (266°F), exceeding both rim-brake and electric-pump heat thresholds. The TPU formulation and reinforced valve construction are selected to remain stable during sustained, high-energy inflation cycles common with modern e-pumps.
